Message	You are confusing two separate issues...speed limit and what lane the vehicle is in. It's illegal to ride in the left lane. It's illegal to exceed the speed limit. Doing one or the other can get you busted. If someone wants to speed that is their perogative. Vigilante speed monitoring by doing the speed limit in the left lane is illegal. Also, if someone is reckless enough to exceed the speed limit, think about the manuevers they make to get around a car in the left lane.
